I’ve lived in Texas for over half of my life and consider myself a proud Houstonian. I am a mostly self-taught artist and work in many mediums, including watercolor, pen and brush in ink, and oil. My most recent work—paintings of watercolor and ink—mixes method with pure chance through a unique process that intertwines psychic automatism and action painting. Despite my suggestible process, recurring themes emerge—obsessions with hair, multi-faced people, and fantastical creatures.
